As adata analystmid on the Commercial Lines Human Resources Process team, you’ll work on abstract business questions and determine a plan of analysis to extract data from multiple systems. You’ll also devise a plan to analyze and translate your analysis into recommendations and conclusions. In this role, you’ll articulate your method of analysis, providing support and defending your approach. This includes translating into an understandable work product tailored for diverse audiences that often include senior leaders of the company. Analysis may consist of both non-statistical and statistical methods.

Must-have qualifications
A minimum of four years of analytical work experience.{OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of three years of analytical work experience.{OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of one year analytical work experience.{OR} Successful completion of Progressive's Analyst Boot Camp and Progressive's Internal Analyst Trainee program and a minimum one year analytical work experience.This position requires online pre-employment testing for external candidates.Preferred skills
Skills in designing, developing, and implementing Tableau or Power BI dashboards and front-end visualizationProficient in programming skills (i.e., SQL, and Alteryx)Comfortable asking questions to understand business/stakeholder/project needs to provide creativeand tailored solutionsTranslate complex, technical information from multiple sources into simple and engaging visuals for a less technical audience to understandCompensation
