The Office of Enrollment Management comprises five functional areas, including the Office of Admission, the HUB, University Registrar’s Office, Student Financials and Enrollment Systems, and the Office of International Education. All of these areas work together to provide students, families and the campus community with student support and administrative services from the time of recruitment, to enrollment and all the way through graduation.
We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Senior Data Analyst, the Data Analyst will be responsible for defining and managing the implementation of various data, reporting and analytical products, as well as leading data modeling efforts on behalf of the Enrollment Management unit. The Data Analyst ensures the successful completion of reporting and analytical projects and provides status updates to relevant collaborators along the way.

Primary responsibilities for this role include data model design, query writing, data governance and producing intuitive self-service reports and/or data visualizations. The successful candidate must understand and evaluate compliance with relevant regulations including but not limited to Family Educational Rights & Privacy Act (FERPA), General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA). This role will also develop and implement technical documentation that will enhance the data maturity of the department and the university.
