The Data Analyst – Sales Support is responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to provide actionable insights for the sales team. This role requires strong Excel skills, as well as experience with Power BI and Power Apps, to streamline reporting and help the team make data-driven decisions. **Key Responsibilities** : + Gather, input, and maintain sales data to ensure accuracy and accessibility for the team. + Analyze sales trends and create reports and dashboards in Excel and Power BI. + Build and maintain Power Apps to improve data entry efficiency and data accuracy. + Collaborate with the sales team to understand data needs and develop customized reports. + Provide regular updates and insights on sales performance to aid strategic planning. + Troubleshoot data issues and recommend solutions to improve data quality and processes. **Qualifications** : + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, or related field preferred. + Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and pivot tables. + Hands-on experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting. + Familiarity with Power Apps to develop simple applications for data entry and reporting. + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. + Strong communication skills to convey insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders. **Benefits** : Pay Range is $50k-85k/yr Comprehensive health benefits package.
