Growing together.** **Roles/Responsibilities:** Develop analytic reports, web application and dashboards. Support the Capitation department at all levels for planning and insight into monthly Capitation payment, eligibility and growth of providers and membership. Maintain web application, dashboards, and reports. Perform high level and detailed analysis on all levels of Capitation data across UnitedHealthcare and Optum. Learn and utilize healthcare industry knowledge necessary to extract, analyze and work with the data to return the requested reports at various levels for both internal and external clients. Analyze Capitation from different data sources and identify data integrity issues related to submissions, reconciliation and provider detail. Work with staff and customers to develop new and modify existing processes, documentation and templates to drive more insightful and accurate reporting solutions. **Qualifications:** + Associate or Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related fields + Intermediate level of proficiency with SQL – required + Intermediate level of proficiency with Excel, Excel Macros + Beginner to Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Access + Intermediate to advance level proficiency withat least one web application development tool including but not limit to: + Flask API + HTML + Django + Angular JS + Streamlit + Microsoft PowerPlatform + Beginner to Intermediate level of proficiency with AzureData Bricks + Beginner to Intermediate level of proficiency with Azure Data Factory + Beginner to Intermediate level of proficiency with Python + Beginner to Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft PowerBI + Health care industry experience is a plus + Excellent communication, time/project management, problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills _At UnitedHealth Group, our mission is to help people live healthier lives and make the health system work better for everyone.
