The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day. A member of our recruitment team will provide more details.In this role, within the Identity Access Management (IAM) function, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering innovative data solutions, metrics, and analytical insights. Your responsibility will involve delivering actionable metrics, supporting, and optimizing the IAM reporting database, performing monthly regulatory metrics, and reporting for IAM lifecycle in adherence to the bank’s reporting governance. The role also requires driving IAM analytical deliverables through data mining, analysis, aggregation, and visualizing to translate complex data points into meaningful and actionable insights for stakeholders. Over time, a successful candidate will be able to develop strategic reporting initiatives, process improvement, as well as oversight on IAM lifecycle through the QA function.
Job Description:
Perform day-to-day operations to deliver, monitor and support IAM metrics (e.g., KPI, KRI, KCI).
Perform QA on IAM onboarding lifecycle including post-onboarding updates.
Support cybersecurity cross-functional and enterprise-wide initiatives through analysis, traceability, and testing for metrics and reporting enhancements.
Participate in designing and delivering solutions that align with the bank’s data governance processes and IAM standards.
Identify opportunities to leverage existing data models to maximize efficiency, scalability, and standardization across differing and new environments.
Optimize reports and scripts, leveraging from existing physical data models, databases, and SQL scripts within IAM framework.
Analyze data-related system integration challenges and propose appropriate solutions to meet business objectives.
Develop metrics and reporting in adherence to company’s standards and risk framework.
Advise colleagues and stakeholders on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements, and interfaces.
Review modifications to existing software to improve efficiency and performance.
Qualifications:
Undergraduate or related degree or equivalent experience
Good understanding of the Identity Access Management (IAM) lifecycle and governance.
Minimum of 2-3 years' work experience doing quantitative analysis
Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in business intelligence, data modeling, data analytics or related disciplines
Ability to champion process improvements
Expert knowledge in all business processes across an entire line of business, as well expertise in other lines of business and technology disciplines
Experience working with high-performing teams in a demanding environment.
Strong understanding of waterfall and agile methodologies, stakeholder management, budget management, risk management, and operations
Ability to create and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
Strong project management experience within technology organization
Working knowledge on project and program management experience; successful record of SDLC and project implementation.
Technology infrastructure or application development experience
Extensive knowledge of data model theory, database design, structured query language (SQL), and related data warehousing practices
Use of other data modeling tools along with sound practice in scripting (e.g., advanced SQL, Python, data analytics (descriptive / predictive models), and Tableau or Power BI visualization tools).
Preferred:
Financial Institution and Technology industry experience
Working knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate or any other analytical and visualization tools.
Working experience using Toad for Oracle for scripting and executing queries.
Experience in Cyber Security analytics, metrics, and reporting
Experience with Identity and Access Lifecycle management and governance
Experience with database management (e.g., Oracle and MS SQL)
Experience with performing and providing Quality Assurance
The typical base pay range for this role is between $98K - $134K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
