Our Impact:The Data Governance and Management group within the MF Technology and Operational Risk department is responsible for ensuring the integrity and optimal use of Multifamily data. By establishing data standards, monitoring data quality, and ensuring compliance with regulations we enable consistent, high-quality data across the Division. Our work to ensure the maximum value of our data assets supports strategic business initiatives and enhances operational efficiency.
Your Impact:Supporting the execution of the MF data governance program
Supporting MF DGM in data strategy implementation roadmap
Assist Product Owner in implementation of Collibra (Enterprise Meta Data Management Tool)
Participate in the development of business process modeling in the MF Division
Supporting data team in creation of the Data Mapping Document which is included in the Business Requirement Document (BRD) for all MF projects; may write the BRD itself depending on the project.
Qualifications:College Degree or equivalent experience; advanced studies/degree preferred
Typically has 5 - 7 years related experience
Ability to manage multiple efforts simultaneously and effectively.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize and be self-directed
Strong organizational skills
Keys to Success in this Role:Providing superior customer service while handling a large volume of requests
Knowledge of Multifamily Real Estate
Understanding of securitized lending structures such as CMBS
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $104,000 - $156,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
