In this position, it is expected to provide support to the Channel & Ecosystem regional team, assisting in perform and providing in-depth analysis, discovering root causes, designing long-term solutions, examining large amounts of data to discover hidden patterns, using data visualization tools, building reports and generating insights for the channel community & management.
What you'll do:
You will support Channel & Ecosystem team members in making business-critical decisions that affect strategy and Go-to-Market programs.
You will assist in running partner data management initiatives, ensuring teams have the relevant information to accelerate our Partner Ecosystem transformation and sell HPE solutions.
You will compile and analyse data from internal and external sources that will be utilized to make critical business decisions and drive programs to generate incremental business.
In collaboration with the Channel teams, you will identify effective methods to visualize and share the information within the organisation.
Using an analytical approach, provide valuable feedback, thoughts and opinions to the strategy, sales and finance teams.
Creating, providing and developing reporting packs for the channel team that track change within the business and assist in crucial decision-making processes.
Supporting Channel Team with reporting and system needs.
Liaising with channel team members to monitor business activities, OKR tracking and general support.
What you’ll need:
Enrolled in a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree with a focus in data science, computer science, mathematics or related.
Skilled in data analysis and sourcing.
Analytical aptitude and knowledge of data visualizations to effectively analyse, interpret, and present insight from large datasets in accurate and meaningful way.
Ability to use the Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, SQL, Microsoft Office package to a high standard
Ability to use Agile Methodologies (Kanban, Scrum, OKR, or related)
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Time management & organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks in effective order.
Great team player.
Capable of learning & acting in limited time constraints.
Communicate clearly and effectively using different mediums.
Proactively striving for improvements.
Ability to work independently.
