For more information, please visit www.igt.com (https://c212.net/c/link/?t=0&l=en&o=3466342-1&h=1955860405&u=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.igt.com%2F&a=www.igt.com) . **Responsibilities** + Partner with internal auditors and management to assess data analytics needs and identify opportunities to improve the audit process and implement sound analytics solutions + Assist in designing and maintaining continuous integration and continuous deployment data pipeline frameworks + Support the development and maintenance of automated audit tests and workflows to streamline audit processes + Contribute to data analysis and automation projects, including gathering business requirements, data identification, testing and solution proposal + Assist with creating and maintaining data analytics documentation, including data sources, scripts, process flows and instructions for reproductible work + Visualize data and apply data storytelling techniques to communicate insights using tools such as Knime, R and Tableau + Deploy sound practices for data collection, handling and storage, ensuring compliance with regulatory and privacy requirements + Demonstrate understanding of data identification, data structures and data wrangling techniques + Analyze large and complex data sets to identify trends and anomalies that may indicate control weaknesses or potential risks + Use data analytics to solve audit and business challenges + Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex data analytics concepts + Work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams + Demonstrate a digital mindset and a passion for technology and continuous improvement **Qualifications** + Currently pursuing a degree in a related field (Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, etc.) + Knowledge of data analysis and automation, including basic analytics and statistics + Familiarity with SQL, Excel, Tableau, R/Python, Knime/Alteryx + Understanding of data wrangling techniques, data structures, data mapping and profiling + Excellent communication, presentation and collaborative relationship-building skills + Motivated self-starter with a logical, yet creative and proactive mindset + Ability to manage projects, communicate progress and deliver results + Passion for technology and continuous improvement **Keys to Success** • Building collaborative relationships • Decision making • Drive results • Foster innovation • Personal energy • Self-leadership _GT is committed to sustaining a workforce that reflects the diversity of the global customers and communities we serve, creating a fair and inclusive culture that enables all our employees to feel valued, respected and engaged.
