We are searching for a skilled and dynamic individual to join our team as the Data & Analytics Business Partner. Reporting directly to the Director of Analytics & Enablement, this role will be responsible for leading product owners and strategists to drive the development and execution of key data and analytics products. The successful candidate will also be accountable for ensuring customer success and aligning product strategies with overall business objectives.

What you will do:
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between the D&A team and various business partners. Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders to understand their business challenges and identify how D&A solutions can support their objectives. Demand Intake & Prioritization: Act as the primary point of contact for capturing and managing the demand for D&A services from business units. Facilitate the prioritization of this demand by collaborating with stakeholders to assess the strategic impact, resource availability, and alignment with business objectives. High-Level Requirements Gathering: Lead the initial discovery process for prioritized D&A initiatives by uncovering high-level business requirements. Determine the core problem to be solved, identify necessary components such as data, analytics, and visualization, and clarify ownership, funding, and audience considerations. Assess the cultural readiness of the target audience and ensure a high-level framework is established before passing the work to the data team for detailed technical analysis. Communication: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the progress of D&A initiatives, highlighting key achievements, potential risks, and next steps. Develop clear and concise communication materials to convey complex data concepts in a business-friendly manner. Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in D&A. Provide recommendations for new tools, technologies, and methodologies that could enhance the effectiveness of D&A initiatives. Compliance & Governance: Ensure that all D&A activities adhere to relevant regulatory requirements and organizational data governance policies. Work with data governance teams to establish and maintain standards for data quality and integrity.
What you will bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field. Advanced certifications in D&A or project management are a plus. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a business-facing role within D&A, with a strong track record of managing relationships with business stakeholders and delivering data-driven solutions. Strong understanding of data and analytics concepts, tools, and technologies. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), SQL, and data management platforms is desirable. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex data insights to non-technical audiences. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen ability to identify trends, patterns, and insights from data to drive business decisions. Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment, collaborating with data engineers, data scientists, and business users to achieve shared goals. A proactive learner with a passion for staying updated on the latest developments in the field of data and analytics. Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs and priorities.
Compensation:
Base Salary: $120,000 - $159,000
Additional Compensation: Total compensation for this role also will include an incentive plan.
