Data & Analytics Control Manager, Senior Associate

As a Data & Analytics Control Manager, Senior Associate, within the CCB Control Management team, you will specifically focus on the Audience Management business, which enables marketers to identify target customers for marketing and servicing communications. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and enhancing risk and control framework for Audience Management processes to support CCB marketing strategy teams. You'll lead efforts to maintain a robust control environment, act as a change agent by addressing issues promptly, and conduct risk analyses to strengthen our framework. Collaboration with stakeholders across CCB, Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Control teams is essential to drive continuous improvement and support strategic initiatives through data analysis.

Job responsibilities:

Lead efforts to maintain a robust and disciplined control environment, ensuring our processes are both sustainable and innovative.  Identify and escalate issues with urgency, collaborating with business partners to implement timely and effective solutions.   Conduct comprehensive risk and control analyses, uncovering significant gaps and driving root cause analysis to enhance our control framework.   Work closely with stakeholders across CCB business, Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Control teams to address emerging challenges and drive continuous improvement.  Analyze program-related data to support and influence business strategies, ensuring alignment with our risk and control objectives. 

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills 

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.  3+ years of experience in the financial services industry, with a strong background in controls, audit, quality assurance, or operational risk management.  Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)  Strong decision-making, communication, organization, and project management abilities.  Ability to work autonomously, demonstrating critical thinking and problem-solving skills.  Proven ability to build strong relationships and work effectively in a team environment.  Excellent prioritization and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Experience with SAS, Snowflake, cloud technologies, etc.,
