As part of the OC ANZ Capability Team, the Solution Capability Leader (SCL) / Practice Manager - Digital will be responsible for:
Developing & leading a high-performance team, Building strategic customer relationships, Driving pre-sales and growth, working with sales team, Identifying, developing and gathering innovative solution capabilities, IP and service offerings Providing best in class services & ensuring customer satisfaction, Ensuring quality, timely and cost-effective solution outcomes, via hands-on governance and review of projects from pre-sales through to customer outcomesYou will have an understanding of digital technologies and data and how these can be applied to enable our customers drive outcomes.
To achieve this, the SCL would develop the Technology capability team, foster alignment with internal collaborators & drive operational excellence, whilst supporting best-in-class customer engagement assuring retention and expansion of the Oracle customer base.
