Data Analytics Software Engineer
ON SITE in Marysville, Ohio
Pay rate $35 to $50/hour

Job Description:
The primary focus would be related to the wind tunnel in Ohio but would support other projects as well, with occasional travel required. Will be supporting Aero modeling system enhancements, Migration of modeling system to support constant motion mapping, construction of data analysis tools to support tunnel, model and track data sources, updating our run planning tools to work with databased structures and Security and permissions of our aero data.

Qualifications:

BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science or other applicable field or 5 years of similar work experience.

2-4 years of experience with software used for data analysis and visualization (Python, MatLab, Power Bi/ Tableau).

Experience solving loosely defined problems using software a must (Python or C# preferred).

3 years of experience with API’s and web stack concepts.

3 years of experience with cloud services (Azure, AWS, Google).

3 years of experience software version control techniques.

Understanding of relational data storage preferred. 2-4 years of experience using programming, mathematical or statistical methods to gain insight to data or improve efficiency.

Experience:

Previous experience managing and storing data. Previous technical report writing experience.? Previous project management experience.?

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.?

Ability to work in team environment.?

Ability to be self-directed, detailed oriented who can effectively work well under pressure in a diverse environment.

Experience with data collection systems or motorsport is a plus.

Strong PC and software knowledge including MS Office and MS Project. FSAE and Aero knowledge is a plus.

Pay Details: $35.00 to $45.00 per hour
