What would my working day be like?
You are encouraged to be in the office most of the time, as we believe this dynamic environment is the best place to learn, network and have fun whilst being an early careers professional.
Your role will include:Developing and producing analytical information in tools including Market Analysis, Sales Pipeline Performance, Sales Campaigns, Win/Loss analysis.Market data gathering, presenting trends and recommending approaches.Internal Business Performance Matrix - analysis and presentation of monthly performance vs KPIsSales & Promotional Campaigns - using information to support ‘go to market’ campaigns.Win/Loss analysis - why we are winning/losing projects in each of our target markets.Work on our project Happy - customer satisfaction analysis.
What do I need to apply?
We are looking for forward thinking, innovative and inquisitive candidates that demonstrate the following you must be working towards a degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or something relevant to the requirements of the role. You have an interest in Energy/Electrification and its role in supporting carbon reduction & sustainability. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills with excellent written and spoken English. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate analysis into suggested recommendations.
