What would my working day be like?
You are encouraged to be in the office regularly, as we believe this dynamic environment is the best place to learn, network and have fun whilst being an early careers professional. We also support hybrid working, enabling you to balance office and remote work.
As a Marketing & Data Analtics Intern, you will work closely with the data team to analyse and interpret market data, transforming insights into actionable recommendations for the marketing team.
Your role will include:Gathering and analysing market data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth, providing strategic recommendations to marketing.Developing and producing analytical reports on market performance, sales pipeline trends, campaign effectiveness and win/loss analysis. Supporting the evaluation of internal business performance metrics, presenting monthly insights against key performance indicators (KPIs)Assisting in the management of marketing projects, ensuring deliverables are data-driven and high value. Using data insights to support the development and optimisation of sales and promotional campaigns.Work on ‘Project Happy’, analysing customer satisfaction data to uncover insights to enhance customer experience and engagement. 

What do I need to apply?
We are looking for forward thinking, innovative and inquisitive candidates that demonstrate the following:You must be working towards a degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, Engineering or something relevant to the requirements of the role.You have an interest in Energy and its role in supporting carbon reduction & sustainability.
