Description We are in search of a proficient Data Analytics Manager to join our team based in New Braunfels, Texas. In this role, you will be overseeing data transfer processing across systems, maintaining the integrity of data in the system, and serving as a functional liaison with Technology Systems and Applications Support. This role also involves supervisory duties such as coaching, training, and managing the performance of the Data Analytics personnel. Responsibilities: • Oversee the processing of data transfer across systems and maintain related tables to ensure accuracy and consistency. • Assist in the hiring process and manage the performance of Data Analytics personnel. • Work closely with Technology Systems and Applications Support during system implementations, conversions, and upgrades. • Act as a functional user in the testing of system patches, tables, and reports. • Collaborate with various divisions to identify and scope new opportunities for data analysis applications. • Ensure the adherence to project plans and meet team goals. • Analyze, identify, and assess data using statistical software packages and develop recommendations to improve operational performance. • Coordinate support and communication with software and data vendors. • Develop and provide training to associates, and provide technical assistance and support as needed. • Maintain industry technology awareness to utilize most appropriate tools to manage data, conduct analysis, ensure data quality, and create visualizations. Requirements • Candidate must possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in a data analytics role. • Thorough understanding and experience with Linux Technologies is required. • Proficiency in Microsoft Azure is expected. • Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server is necessary. • The candidate should have substantial knowledge of MySQL. • The candidate must have experience in Optimization techniques. • The candidate should have experience in conducting AB Testing. • Experience with Backup Technologies is essential. • The candidate should have knowledge of Cluster Analysis. • The candidate must have experience in Configuration Management. • The candidate must have a background in Database Administration. • Experience with Dynamics GP is required. • Knowledge of SAS is essential. • Proficiency in Python is a key requirement.
