Our client is seeking a **Data & Analytics Platform Engineer** to join their team.

Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for product owners.
Collaborate with product teams to understand business objectives and translate them into tracking specifications and analytics solutions.
Design and implement tracking strategies for web and mobile applications, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with business goals.
Analyze user behavior, trends, and performance metrics to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
Serve as a subject matter expert on Adobe Analytics or Customer Journey Analytics, offering guidance and training to stakeholders as needed.
Partner with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and business analysts, to ensure seamless implementation of analytics solutions.
Communicate findings, trends, and recommendations effectively through both written reports and verbal presentations.
Hiring Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
2-5 years of experience in digital analytics or related role, with hands-on experience in Adobe Analytics or Customer Journey Analytics.
Proficiency in creating dashboards and reports.
Strong understanding of web and mobile application tracking, tagging methodologies, and data governance.
Experience in writing detailed tracking specifications and collaborating with development teams for implementation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across business units and present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, and other web technologies.
