Position Overview:This Multifamily AIR (Advanced Insights and Reporting) Data Analytics Professional position is in the AMO (Asset Management Organization) Division at Freddie Mac. This role will support the MF COO as well as the Multifamily line of business in building reporting solutions to help manage the business. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and follow-up skills. This position requires that the candidate interacts and works effectively with internal customers as well as with all levels of management within and across departments. The position also requires the ability to manage and prioritize multiple reporting tasks simultaneously. The position will report to an AIR Manager for AMO.

Qualifications:Typically, 2-4 years of related data analytics experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or related field or equal work experience
Proficient in SQL or similar data extraction querying languages to prepare data for reporting products
Proficient with relational databases and using reporting tools such as Tableau, SAS, MS Query, Python and MS Access.
Job requires experience using MS Office applications including MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
Basic understanding of UNIX, & SharePoint.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $78,000 - $118,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
