The Data and Analytics Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Head of Data and Reporting for EMEA Asset Services in the planning, execution, and finalisation of projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with various business stakeholders and data team members.The EMEA Asset Services Data and Reporting team are currently involved in deploying the Data Hub, a single source of truth of all Property & Asset Management data we manage on behalf of our Investor Clients, including standardized and automated reporting, dashboards, analytics, and automations.

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning and Coordination
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.Monitor and track project progress, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Working with Business Analyst and Developers to ensure all aspects of project delivery are co-ordinated and managed.Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques, using SharePoint and DevOps platforms.Communication and Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communications.Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to the Head of Data and Reporting and other key stakeholders.Facilitate effective communication among project team members, ensuring alignment and understanding of project goals and milestones.Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.Risk Management and Problem Solving
Identify potential risks and issues that could impact project timelines or success.Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.Resolve project issues and conflicts promptly, escalating to the Head of Data and Reporting when necessary.Documentation and Reporting
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and schedules.Ensure all project documentation is stored in a central repository and is accessible to all stakeholders.Prepare detailed reports on project progress, including metrics and analytics, for senior management review.Requirements
Educational and Professional Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Data Science or a related field.Agile / PRINCE2 or similar project management certification is preferred.Experience
3+ years experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in IT-related project management.Experience working in Property management is a plus.Experience working with Data & Analytics teams as a technical co-ordinator.Skills and Competencies
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.Proficient in project management techniques.Track record in running Agile Development life-cycle, with Sprint planning and reviews and co-ordination and scrum sessions.Working knowledge and proficiency in technical methodologies, including but not limited to Agile Development.Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.Attention to detail and commitment to quality.Tools and Technologies
Familiarity with data management and reporting tools.Familiarity with the following:Microsoft Office 365: Proficiency in using Office 365 for collaboration and productivity tasks.Microsoft Development Stack: Familiarity with core tools and technologies, including:Power Platform: Experience with Power Apps, Power BI or Power Automate.SQL Server: Familiarity with SQL Server for data management and querying.Azure: Experience with Microsoft Azure for data storage and analytics.Databricks: Knowledge of Databricks for data processing and analytics is a plus.Microsoft DevOps: Working knowledge of Microsoft DevOps for project tracking is beneficial.Personal Attributes
