Data and AI Service Lines Sales Expert
Location: Dallas, TX (In Office/must live in Dallas area)
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Data and AI Service Lines Sales Expert to join our team in North America AI team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly in data management, analytics, and AI, and will be responsible for driving business growth and developing effective sales strategies. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong client relationship management skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a high-performance team.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in data management, analytics, and AI services. Achieve sales targets and expand the customer base across multiple RCG (Retail, Consumer Goods including Travel n Hospital) customers. Technical Expertise: Demonstrate deep knowledge of Data and AI technologies, including platforms like Azure, AWS, and GCP. Connect data and technology solutions to business needs and provide tailored solutions to clients. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts. Address client needs effectively and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Leadership and Team Management: Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment. Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and profitability. Collaborate with SBU Heads to align sales strategies with business objectives. Stakeholder Management: Engage with senior client executives (CTO, VPs, CIO) to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Manage relationships with vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of products and services. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (SBU Heads, CP, CRM, Delivery, GSA, Practice, BD, BU leaders) and external stakeholders (Customer stakeholders, Vendor management, Portfolio leaders, Directors/Senior Directors). Global Sales and Alliances (GSA): Partner on global sales initiatives and leverage alliances to drive growth. Leverage partners and hyperscalers to unlock new business opportunities and adopt the latest technology. Delivery Teams: Ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions, addressing any issues promptly.Qualifications:
15+ years of experience in a business growth/sales role in data management, analytics, and AI. Strong RCG domain expertise and the ability to connect data and technology. Proven track record in solutioning and deep customer relationship building (land and expand). Strong exposure to selling Data solutions on Azure, AWS, and GCP platforms. Excellent stakeholder management skills with both internal and external stakeholders. Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring and developing junior team members. Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and profitability.

The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model and will be responsible for driving service line strategies and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services. This role requires a deep understanding of sales service and marketing domains to effectively contribute to the companys growth and impact on society.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement service line strategies to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction. Oversee the execution of service line projects ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Provide expert guidance on sales service and marketing initiatives to drive business growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align service line objectives with overall company goals. Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for service improvement. Lead the development of innovative solutions to address customer needs and enhance service offerings. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all service line activities. Monitor and report on service line performance using data to drive continuous improvement. Foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning within the service line team. Manage relationships with key stakeholders including clients partners and internal teams. Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Contribute to the development of marketing strategies to promote service line offerings. Support the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.Qualifications
Possess extensive experience in Domain-Sales Service and Marketing. Demonstrate strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
