Data and Analytics Enablement Analyst
Description Citizens is seeking an Enablement Analyst to work within the Data & Analytics Enablement Center of Excellence (CoE) to develop and deliver effective solutions to support colleagues in a range of data and analytic roles, including practitioners and builders, users of data products, and colleagues aiming to expand their knowledge in data and analytic areas. What you will do: + Support the development and delivery of impactful enablement and learning solutions across a range of modalities, such as presentations, user guides, onboarding materials, instructor-led sessions and workshops, peer-learning strategies, assessments, conferences, internal websites, tools, and other resources to meet the needs of data and analytic professionals and users. + Collaborate with key stakeholders such as engineers and architects, product teams, platform owners, practitioners, vendors, and other stakeholders in pursuit of the same. + Engage with platform owners and practitioners (Data Scientists, Data Analysts, et cetera) to understand best practices, inefficiencies, and pain-points related to navigation of our technologies AWS cloud, AWS S3, AWS SageMaker, AWS Redshift, Dbeaver and other tools; on-prem data environments, programming languages and analytic tools: Python, SQL, SAS, Jupyter notebook, Tableau, WebFocus, Power BI; and others. + In partnership with the development team, evaluate data and analytic related training and education programs for effectiveness in delivering data and analytic content and fit for enterprise and colleague needs. + Develop methods to measure, track, and report the effectiveness of data and analytic enablement solutions. + Create instructional guides and templates for practitioners participating in data and analytic workshops, capstones, datathons, and other engagement opportunties for the community of practice. + Respond timely to inquiries and requests from stakeholders. + Monitoring data and analytics platforms and solutions and promptly addressing issues. + Serve as the connective tissue of data and analytics platforms and solutions for the Enabler, Builder and User functions across the enterprise. Skills/Experience: + Intellectual curiosity and comfort with ambiguity, as this role joins a newly established Center of Excellence with an opportunity to establish the data and analytic enablement function for the enterprise. + Strong written and verbal communication skills, with preferred experience creating technical documentation, instructional materials, onboarding guides, or other similar types of materials. + An ability to handle multiple projects while delivering quality and value-added output. + Prior experience as a technical, data, or analytic practitioner or user with familiarity of some of the technologies and tools and platforms used by our colleagues (listed above). + Experience successfully collaborating with stakeholders and colleagues from a range of backgrounds, skillsets, and competencies and doing so with a client-centric approach. + Education in a technical field with preferred 3+ years of work experience in a technical role. + Familiarity with data governance functions within financial services preferred. + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
