As a Data and Configuration Management Analyst, you will:
A week in the life of a Data and Configuration Management Analyst:
Provide assistance to Government Configuration Management (CM), Contracting Officer Representative (COR) in requesting, receiving, maintaining and auditing Contract Deliverables (CDRLs) and Government data in accordance to DoD 5010.12, NAVAIR 4200.21 and various abiding data availability and retention policies. Provide the Government lead recommendations regarding CM/DM policy, procedure and processes. Exercise configuration management/data analyst policies and procedures, including processing configuration control and updating software and hardware configuration items. Maintain the SharePoint or other document repository and ensure appropriate team members use of features such as Check In/Out, associating metadata, establishing folder structure, standardized document naming conventions, version management and grant personnel access. Assist in the processes for development and tailoring of Statement of Work (SOW) and DD form 1423 Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) documents. Facilitate the review and selection of Data Acquisition citations including Data Item Descriptions (DID) and applicable standards. Receive and process CDRL deliverables and prepare transmittal letters. Familiarization with managing and tracking Government Furnished Equipment (GFE)/Government Furnished Information (GFI) to include physical hardware configuration items and the configuration documentation. Interact with Customers and Contractors as needed to reconcile all data delivery records. Handle Low to High (L2H) data transfer request via MS Teams, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), ITAR and other export control or proprietary data. Support in setting up/establishing a CM environment and the maintenance of the data in the configuration management tool including the status of changes, documentation approvals and the verification and development of baselines.

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is $72,000 - $115,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
