Team Leader

Your role and responsibilities

We are looking for a team leader for a team of data analysts and experts working with the Power Plat-form. Your main task will be to manage a team of people working with PowerBI, Power workflows, and Power Apps. The position involves both technical work with these technologies and team coordinati-on, task distribution, leadership, customer communication, and continuously advancing the team in terms of building new competencies and deepening knowledge in existing ones.The work model for this role is: hybrid.This role is part of the process automation division in Ostrava.You will be primarily responsible for:•\tLeading the data & analytics team•\tManaging the team's solution portfolio•\tCommunicating with internal customers and internal suppliers•\tParticipating in the internal marketing of the team•\tHelping to solve both technical and non-technical obstacles for team members•\tAdhering to and improving established processes
