Ecolab is seeking a Data and Process Analyst to maintain and support our financial systems, management reporting framework, ensure strong system controls, provide training and guidance to the global Finance community, and work as a liaison between finance stakeholders and technical developers.

What You Will Do:

Develop, support and maintain Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) and Power BI reports
Product owner of various dashboards and management reporting solutionsLiaise with various stakeholders in a tiered framework to support the broader Finance teamProvide business process, master data management, security assignment support
Solution QA testingMaintain assigned automation workflows and schedules using orchestration tool Workiva ChainsRecommend and implement improvements to systems and deployed applications

Minimum Qualifications:

Degree in Finance or IT and 3-7 years experience.Experience supporting a Visual Reporting tool such as Oracle Analytics, PowerBI, or TableauStrong data analytical, validation and troubleshooting skills of systems and reportsExperience supporting financial systems solutions for Global Finance, such as Oracle EPM technologies (HFM, Planning, Essbase, etc.) or similar toolsets as a system administratorExperience with Microsoft SQL server querying and validating

Preferred Qualifications:

Proven ability to understand business needs, build strategic partnerships, and document and implement software solutionsExperience interacting with a diverse, global finance team across multiple business segments; comfortable working with various organizational levelsExperience in tool configuration, workflows, & user security managementAble to successfully manage core responsibilities independently or with limited over-sightExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organization skillsAbility to maintain critical thinking while balancing multiple tasksExperience in using support tools such as ServiceNow, Dev Ops for user story planning and tracking
