**Summary**
This role blends data analytics and process automation to support business units in their daily reporting and automation needs. Operating under the data governance team, you’ll help establish global standards and ensure alignment with the company’s data governance policies.
The account team is comprised of 700+ employees spread across 30+ countries globally. This team serves a Fortune 500 technology client and uses their software and processes in the day to day operations.

**General Responsibilities**
· **Data Governance Program** : You’ll be responsible for driving Data Governance policies in the Asia Pacific & Japan Region, which includes, attending regular meetings with Business units, establishing alignment with global standards, proving training & continuous support to business units in your region.
· **Reporting** : You’ll be responsible for maintaining, updating, creating reports in Tableau or Power BI, working gin cohesion with your team members.
· **Process Automation** : You’ll be responsible for problem identification & designing Solutions for business units using existing automation tools.
· May act as a **Subject Matter Expert (SME)** for key systems/processes in subject teams and day-to-day functions.
**Specific Responsibilities**
· Engage with service leaders in designing of reports and alignment to Global standards. Experience with any reporting tools will be considered an asset.
· Administration of server maintenance (i.e., schedules and datasets) and user access management.
· Serve as the main point of contact for your assigned geography in deployment of new tools and training of end users.
· Propose and implement ideas to improve operational efficiencies by designing automation workflows with existing tools (from CBRE platform and client side).
**General Qualifications**
· Minimum Requirements: **Bachelor’s degree with Mathematics** , Full-time, On-Premises, preferred Computer science with mathematics major. Preferred – **Masters in Science or Computer Science** , or **Business Administration** with **Mathematics** .
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.
· Intermediate experience in MS Office Products (Excel, Access, Power Point, Word, etc.)
· Decisions made with understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Responsible for setting own project deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to coworkers and supervisor.
**Technical Qualifications**
· Intermediate (1- 3 Years) **Power BI** (Power Query, DAX) or **Tableau** Preferred, or other reporting tools such as MicroStrategy, Cognos, SAP BI etc.
· Intermediate (1 – 2 years) Experience with **SQL** (T-SQL or PL-SQL)
· Experience with **Microsoft Power Platform** , conceptual understanding and some experience designing Power Apps. Experience in Smartsheet is a plus.
· Experienced developing **Solution** / **Process Documentation** & **User Manuals** .
