This position creates value for the R&D organization by leading cross-functional projects, programs, and teams to generate sustainable improvements in research productivity and decision-making. The Data and Reporting Analyst Intern partners with resources embedded across Corteva and within the R&D organization to create communities of practice and establish a culture of operational excellence.
What You’ll Gain:

Data Visualization: Create and maintain Power BI reports to visualize and communicate data insights to stakeholders.
Implementation Support: Participate in the implementation of new procedures and tools, including training, documentation, demonstrations, and end-user support.
QualificationsQualifications – What You’ll Bring:
Minimum GPA of 3.0.
Undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. Candidates must be enrolled in classes the semester following their internship with Corteva.
Must be able to relocate to Johnston, IA for the duration of the internship.
Must be able to work full-time (40 hours per week) for 10-12 weeks during the timeframe of internship (typically May to August).
Proficiency in use of Microsoft Power Platform applications. Including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
Proficiency in common Microsoft applications including but not limited to Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Teams
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to effectively build and maintain relationships

Ability to influence and collaborate at all internal organizational levels
