Data and Reporting Professional supports data, reporting and analytics, across Provider and Network Operations team. In this role, you will be designing and building the data pipelines and dashboards for various teams. You will also be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the pipelines and processes for PPNO. **Typical responsibilities, but not limited to:** • Collaborates with multiple teams across Provider and Network Operations org to understand and document data & reporting requirements. • Builds the necessary data pipelines to curate the data working with internal and external teams. • Builds top-notch automated reports to address stakeholder needs. + Steward of data and report accuracy. • Exercises independent judgement and decision making on complex issues and works under minimal supervision. • Team player. Guides and mentors team members as required. **Use your skills to make an impact** **Required Qualifications** + 2+ years of reporting and data analysis experience + 2+ years of SQL experience- must be able to create queries, sub queries, common table expressions, temp tables, joins and unions + 2+ years of experience with ETL pipelines like SSIS + Prior experience utilizing advanced, comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Power Apps, including Power BI, Power Automate, MS Forms, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint + 2+ years of BI experience in PowerBI, Tableau or similar tools. + Experience in Python or Java or similar language. + Meet Humana's Work at Home connectivity requirements listed in additional information ​ **Preferred Qualifications** + Bachelor's Degree in Business, Mathematics, or related field + Prior state regulations pertaining to compliance in the insurance industry experience + Healthcare / insurance industry experience + Prior experience in presenting verbal and written communication to senior leadership. + Prior experience in analyzing, reviewing, or presenting Healthcare related data. + Agile delivery methodologies. **Additional Information** **Required Qualifications** + 1+ years of Provider Installation Experience (credentialing, contracts, provider database/directories, or related area) + 1+ years experience in a metric/production driven environment + Prior professional experience using Microsoft Office Programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint + Must meet Humana's Work at Home connectivity requirements listed in additional information + Meet location requirements identified in additional information **Preferred Qualifications** + Associates or Bachelors Degree + CAS, MTV, PAAG, or APEX systems experience + Claims experience + Provider data management data loading/analysis/review **Additional information** **Interview Format** As part of our hiring process for this opportunity, we will be using an interviewing technology called HireVue to enhance our hiring and decision-making ability. This is a remote position \#PPNO **Scheduled Weekly Hours** 40 **Pay Range** The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $60,800 - $82,900 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
