In this role, the primary focus of the Service tooling developer is to help the Service Team to restructure storical and current data to covering Navigation Aid & Non-radar Surveillance equipment.
The core topics are installation, maintenance, operation, networking, software use and obsolescence topic.
As part of the Services Team, your main tasks will be to:
· Reconstruct consistency of data of Service department database
· Cross divisional collaboration, to ensure the handiness of the service tooling and related dataset;
· Develop effective management dashboards to concisely explain complex data and present results;
· Provide regular daily and monthly reports and dashboards to the reporting team
· Collaborate with global and local team to perform data analysis and process optimization;
· Collaborate regularly with various teams to monitor the accuracy of their reports and their results;
· Streamline available reporting and data integration;
· The guarantee in the database is segmented to be effective for the attractiveness of the marketing target;
· Sharing best practices and simplifying the flow of data introduced into the internal procedure.
Requirements:
• Positive, outgoing, high-energy personality, able to thrive within a high paced environment and
being multi- tasking.
• Ability to speak additional languages such as French or German is a benefit
• Previous experience is appreciated
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office, Excel (Pivot, macro VBA etc), Access, PowerBI
• Knowledge of Python, R, SQL and tool of data visualisation (e.g. Tableau)
• English fluency is required
