Data Annotation Program Manager, Bedrock Human Data Services
Are you interested in AI technologies and contribute to its success by creating high quality and effective data collection strategies and operational plans? AWS Bedrock Human Data Services Team is looking for a strong Data Annotation Program Manager who can lead an internal off-shore team to collect and deliver high quality data sets for our highly sophisticated AI programs.

As a Data Annotation Program Manager on the team, you will work with multiple teams on the data collection and annotation requirements, and facilitate the execution through our large in-house off-shore annotation team. You will be responsible for the deliveries from this large scale annotation team directly influencing the overall operations end-to-end from work intake to delivery.

· have the ability to track multiple tasks and workflows
· have the ability to work across functional disciplines to deliver high quality data
· have knowledge of AI data requirements with regards to data generation, annotation, and model human evaluation
· have strong experience in operational planning and execution specifically with off-shore large scale teams
· have the ability to work efficient and independently to manage multiple work streams
· have strong experience in operational risk assessment, management, and mitigation


A day in the life
As a Data Annotation Program Manager, you will interact with our US-based Science and Data team on data objectives and participate in the operational planning to achieve these objectives with resources based in India. You will work as the liaison between the US and India Program Management team who is your counterpart in the execution. You will track, manage, and assess risks for all of the data annotation work streams with other program managers to ensure the successful delivery of the data within realistic timeline and quality expectations.
