CACI is seeking a cleared Data Architect for its program at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD
The Opportunity:
In this role, you'll be at the forefront of data infrastructure development. Your data engineering tasks include designing and assessing systems that allow for the seamless flow, availability, and reliability of data amongst warfighter applications. You will work with stakeholders including Product Managers of various Army PEO systems, lead engineers, and developer teams to assist with data-related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs. You will work to integrate their assigned product with multiple other Army warfighting systems to achieve end-to-end data management and interoperability.

Master’s degree in computer science or engineering or a related discipline is preferred. Azure Data Architect and/or AWS Certified Data Analytics are favorable.Proficiency in data modeling and database management.Strong programming skills (e.g., Python, Java, or SQL).Knowledge of data technologies like Hadoop, ElasticSearch, Kafka, NiFi, DataHub, Neo4J, and Spark.Experience with (Extract, Transform, Load) ETL, ELT, and Reverse-ETL processes.Familiarity with data warehousing and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).Knowledge and experience with REST interfaces such as Node.js and DjangoPrior experience supporting a Program or Product Office as an engineer or integrator with a detailed understanding of Army, Joint and Coalition Interoperability.Experience building processes supporting data transformation, data structures, metadata, dependency and workload management.Strong project management and organizational skills.Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.Experience with DoD practices.Experience with Risk Management Framework is preferred.-______________________________________________________________________________

The proposed salary range for this position is:
