What will you be doing?

World Wide Technology is seeking a Data Architect to join an exciting, multifaceted program within the DoD space. This role will provide the opportunity for a seasoned professional to expand their wings and bring transformative ideas to the table. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for Data modeling, data mining and defining data elements.  Develop strategies for data acquisitions, archive recovery, and implementation of a database.  Working within the DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF) and responsible for DIV (Data and Information Viewpoint) building.  Translate business needs into long-term architecture solutions.  Develop data warehousing blueprints, evaluating hardware and software platforms, and integrating systems.  Review and develop object and data models and the metadata repository to structure the data for better management and quicker access.
