As a Data Architect, you'll play a crucial role in crafting and implementing data architecture solutions that power our commercial performance analytics. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand their data requirements, develop robust data models, and drive the strategic vision for our data warehouse infrastructure. Your work will support key strategic projects across Allianz Benelux.

Your Responsibilities:

 

Design and oversee the architecture of our data warehouse, central to our business intelligence and analytics operations. Develop ontological models for high-impact projects. Estimate the effort and steps required for major business intelligence initiatives. Take ownership of the delivery of large projects, ensuring adherence to timelines. Create and manage comprehensive documentation of the data warehouse, following data governance principles.

 

Who We're Looking For:

 

Do you have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field? Great! Do you bring relevant experience in a data architecture role and technical expertise in SQL, data modeling tools, cloud platforms, and project management tools? Even better! Familiarity with conceptual model design, ontology design for large-scale programs, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts (including Data Vault 2.1 methodology) is essential. Strong domain knowledge in the insurance industry and key insurance KPIs is a big plus!
