Dine Development and its Subsidiaries are seeking multiple Data Architects/Tech Solutions Architects to support our Defense Health Agency (DHA) client.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:· Identify and troubleshoot data import, analysis, and display errors from multiple data sources.
· Identify and apply, when available, national/standardized benchmarks and thresholds to DHA/MHS metrics as appropriate or provide justification for alternative methods.
· Develop and maintain authoritative sources of clinical and business measure data for disparate reports and dashboards.
· Provide technical knowledge regarding data design, best practices, and methodologies to internal and external DHA customers.
· Deliver programming and coding expertise to refine and implement new systems optimally for DHA, DoD, and other agencies as needed.
· Coordinate and manage program data transfers between DHA, MCSCs, MMTFs, and other program users.
· Contribute technical expertise to the analysis of program data for other DoD services.
· Collaborate with DHA and applicable agencies to link program data with health and personnel data for longitudinal database support.
· Act as a lead clinical and business information resource, supporting the documentation, planning, design, implementation, and maintenance of systems for DHA and its customers.
· Ensure timely and accurate communication with stakeholders, including meeting agendas, minutes, and deliverables.
· Manage tasks such as mailbox monitoring, training updates, and product reviews to maintain operational readiness.
· Develop data pipeline integrations using API with R or Python and implement dashboards and reporting tools using BI tools like SAS, Tableau, or Qlik.
· Design, implement, and maintain business intelligence solutions including dashboards, OLAP cubes, and BI reports.
· Optimize reporting performance and transition legacy reports to modern platforms.
Job Requirements (Education/Skills/Experience):Required Qualifications:
· Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and business intelligence tools such as Tableau.
· Minimum of 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a healthcare or government setting.
· Strong knowledge of statistical and analytical tools, data visualization, and BI methodologies.
· Demonstrated experience in technical writing and designing data analysis strategies.
· Proven ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams and communicate complex data insights clearly.
· Experience managing and analyzing large datasets while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.
Required Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
