Job Responsibilities:

- Direct and coordinate day-to-day activities in the field.

- Regularly collaborate and engage key Microsoft stakeholders including Land Development Microsoft Security Legal Design Construction and Operations teams.

- Work with the General Contractor engineering team to ensure that construction details and permit requirements are confirmed.

- Work with the General Contractor engineering team to ensure that materials are reviewed approved fabricated and delivered to the site.

Skills:

- General knowledge and experience with a variety of construction means and methods

- Ability to work well within a fast-paced environment and collaborate with multiple teams

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Education/Experience:

- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Civil Engineering or related field required.

- 2-4 years of relevant experience required.
