Data Center Inventory & Asset Technician
Our client, a leader in cloud operations and innovation, is seeking a Data Center Inventory & Asset Technician to join their team. As a Data Center Inventory & Asset Technician, you will be part of the operations team supporting critical infrastructure services. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Data Center Inventory & Asset Technician **Location:** San Antonio, TX **Duration:** 18 Month Contract **Pay** : **$25-$27/hour +** **_Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance, 401 K Saving Options, PTO & weekly pay!_** **What's the Job?** + Perform cycle audits and execute incoming/outgoing deliveries. + Coordinate security escorts for third-party vendors and document inbound and outbound deliveries. + Maintain accurate inventory management systems and perform inventory cycle audits. + Engage in warranty process management and ensure compliance with service level agreements. + Perform destruction of data bearing devices following established policies and procedures. **What's Needed?** + High School Diploma AND 1+ year(s) experience in warehouse/supply chain in an IT environment or related field. + Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. + Preferred: 2+ years of experience in IT logistics and operating heavy-load movement equipment. + Data Bearing Device Destruction, + Inventory Management experience + Strong understanding of safety practices and data management policies. + Excellent customer service skills and ability to complete tasks accurately and on time. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to deepen your knowledge of inventory management principles. + Professional development through training and career rotation programs + Be part of a team that supports services for over 1 billion customers worldwide.
