Accountable for pricing, delivery, and scope of vendor maintenance contracts, development of market leading process, and critical operations documentation. Deliver technical service support to business to maintain 100% uptime and achieve account plan ensuring all technical services meet client SLAs. This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems. **What You’ll Do:** + Support the management of a team of Technical Leaders and Managers to create and maintain a set of CBRE Critical Environment technical operational processes & procedures for each location that align to contractual requirements and industry best practice. + Manage operations and maintenance for assigned facilities. Develop operating and capital budgets. + Drive the acquisition of new management contracts. Facilitate the development of as-built drawings. + Maintain on-going communication with high profile tenants, clients, owners, facility management team and vendors. + Recommend and implement improvements for preventive maintenance programs on an on-going basis. Create and maintain effective building-specific maintenance and safety procedure manuals. + Provide all locations technical support during incidents. Provide technical support for client projects. + Review, comment and approve High Risk emergency operating procedures for clients worldwide. + Provide strategic and operational support on process/standards across the Global portfolio. + Continually evaluate our technical operational process and procedures with the team with continual improvement in mind. + Support the management, production and ongoing use of the asset management plans for each client location. + Ensure that the client contract provides healthy and safe working conditions and that both client and company health and safety policy and process is effectively implemented across both CBRE and subcontractors activities, and systems operated to ensure regular review. + Support the management of ensuring all sites conform to the necessary legislations and statutory compliances. + Present critical facility program and audit results and performance to CBRE and client senior management. + Perform customer interface activities including scheduling, reporting of findings and results. + Audit processes and procedures – perform audits on the PPM system, PPM reporting, Statutory files etc. + Carryout compliance audits and identify any gaps & risks associated and ensure plan is in place to close these issues. + Oversee development of operation procedural documents from commissioning documentation and site drawings. Support critical facilities commissioning standards within the accounts. + Develop critical facilities operation procedural documents from commissioning documentation and site drawings. + Provide support in the sales and pricing process, implementation, and delivery for all 3rd party critical facility vendor contracts. Ensure that all 3rd party scope, works and performance are in line with client contract requirements, audits and evaluations, and are completed and recorded. + Target cost saving initiatives whilst maintaining a high level of contract support. + Assists sales and marketing in development and preparation of expansion and renewal proposals. + Coordinate the performance of raised floor performance evaluations, including technical environmental audits, analysis, troubleshooting, and problem resolution. + Provide support and training for the onsite engineering Managers/Supervisors. + Deliver manager employee training programs relating to new and existing processes to improve awareness. + Work with Technical Leads to develop, track and maintain procedures and policies. + Manage technical library content and structure globally. + Execute operational and performance risk assessment. + Apply a broad knowledge of the business, own discipline, and how own discipline integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives. + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence others to adopt a different point of view while being guided by policies and departmental plans. + Identify and solve technical and operational problems of complexity. + Understand and recognize the broader impact across the department. + Improve and change existing methods, processes, and standards within job discipline. **What You’ll Need:** + Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering preferred with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. + 10 years experience in Data Centers or Critical Facilities is preferred. + Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems. + Leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve broad operational targets with impacts on own job discipline, multiple job disciplines, and department. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. + Extensive organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset. + Knowledge of redundancy levels and relation to operational risk. + Knowledge of mechanical and electrical distribution system support and equipment function. + Knowledge of procedures and customer requirements in critical facilities. + Understanding of relationship of technical strategies within a critical facility environment. + Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred. **Equal Employment Opportunity:** CBRE is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity.
