Job Title: Data Collection Associate
Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Data Collection Associate to join our team. In this role, you will conduct sample collections, perform manual audits, and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards. You will also prepare reagent solutions, document audit findings accurately and promptly, and perform various housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized work environment. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Safety & Occupational Health team to support various initiatives and projects, while adhering to all company policies and procedures related to safety and hygiene.

ResponsibilitiesConduct sample collection and perform manual audits to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.Prepare reagent solutions for manual audits.Accurately document audit findings and perform data entry, filing, and report preparation.Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized work environment.Collaborate with the Safety & Occupational Health team to support various initiatives and projects.Follow all company policies and procedures related to safety and hygiene.Essential SkillsData entryDocumentation and technical writingData reviewReagent preparationSample collectionData reporting and auditingAdditional Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma minimumStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBasic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteGood communication skills, both written and verbalPrior experience in a similar role is a plus but not requiredWork Environment

This is an office-based role. The position follows a 2-2-3 shift schedule, with hours from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. This is a great part-time opportunity to gain experience in sample collection for highly regulated audits, which could easily be transferred to future opportunities.
