Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Collection Associate to conduct sample collection and perform manual audits ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards. In this role, you will prepare reagent solutions for manual audits and document audit findings accurately and promptly. You will also perform accurate documentation, including filing, data entry, and report preparation, and contribute to maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Collaboration with the Safety & Occupational Health team to support various initiatives and projects is essential.
ResponsibilitiesConduct sample collection and perform manual audits to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.Prepare reagent solutions for manual audits.Document audit findings accurately and promptly and report to the MN Department of Health.Perform accurate documentation, including filing, data entry, and report preparation.Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized work environment.Collaborate with the Safety & Occupational Health team to support various initiatives and projects.Follow all company policies and procedures related to safety and hygiene.Essential SkillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Good communication skills, both written and verbal.Data entry, documentation/technical writing, data review, reagent preparation, sample collection, inspection, documentation, data reporting/audit, labeling, quality control, customer service.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma minimum.Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.Work Environment
This is an office-based role with a 2-2-3 schedule from 5am to 10am. There is an opportunity to pick up additional hours and do more than part-time. The work environment emphasizes compliance with safety and hygiene standards and requires collaboration with the Safety & Occupational Health team.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
