Description We are seeking a dedicated Data Collector to join our dynamic team. This role is based in San Francisco, California and offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. As a Data Collector, your primary role will be to test a mechanical gripping device, provide feedback to the engineering team, and handle various household items. This role requires physical activity, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Responsibilities: • Testing a mechanical gripping device through practical application • Lifting and handling various household items such as plates, glasses, etc. • Providing constructive feedback to the engineering team for product development • Working independently with minimal communication with the engineering team • Transporting between multiple sites within San Francisco and South San Francisco • Managing and maintaining accurate data records • Offering customer service and administrative assistance when necessary • Handling and processing customer credit applications • Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action when necessary. Requirements • Demonstrable experience in Administrative Assistance, with a keen eye for detail and organizational skills. • Proven track record in providing excellent Customer Service, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Proficient in Data Entry, with a high level of accuracy and ability to handle large volumes of data. • Experience in Order Entry, with the ability to process orders quickly and efficiently. • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. • Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and other data entry software. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. • High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree in a relevant discipline will be appreciated.
