health and bottom line by ensuring data accuracy and integrity to positively impact billing and payment for services rendered Job Responsibilities Collects reviews inputs maintains entity specific data integrity Enters andor audits data integrity of patient services obtained from reporting programs including include demographic payer diagnostic and clinical data as well as all services assigned that result in daily charges Audits output data Obtains processes verifies andor audits data integrity of authorizations for services from programs Identifies and resolves production related errors Maintains and revises procedural lists control records and coding schemes to process source data to be used in coordination with reporting programs to monitor accuracy and completeness of data Generates reports of program activity and produces daily reports that inform staff of program volumes authorizations and program admissionsdischarges Works collaboratively with user groups both within department and across the enterprise sharing information resources tools and ideas to provide instruction and assistance in maintaining data integrity Perform other related duties as requiredWork
