Generally, this position works a hybrid work schedule with 2 days in the office and 3 days virtual work. Typical Duties + Performs, monitors and reviews daily transactions made to HR related systems primarily using Oracle applications. + Collects and analyzes data to address benefits related issues within the department. + Reviews and contacts departments daily for any discrepancies on reports on reports or paperwork. + Acts as a liaison with other system entry and compliance staff. + Assist vendors/departments with insurance eligibility or gathering information regarding employee benefits. + Calculates arrears and refunds for insurance premiums. + Provides customer service to departments as well as outside vendors doing business with Metropolitan Government. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university. “Additional experience may be considered in lieu of education ” *Experience is defined as applications, technical or benefits related.* (ratio 1:1) Candidates with accreditations earned in a foreign institute are encouraged to apply.
