Data Control Analyst

Responsibilities:

The Data Control Analyst will ensure that the quality standards of the company are maintained within CSL Seqirus’ procedures, policies, for the end-to-end process of setting up new customers beginning with contract inception through product returns. Individual will be responsible for partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure all customer information is accurately displayed and actioned according to the contract. Responsible for creating, implementing and adhering to strong compliance controls regarding customer master data, advancing new and existing contracts and programs, providing high level analysis, reporting and support for long term or recurring projects. Individual will be responsible for seeking efficiencies to enhance the customer's experience. This position will operate with a high degree of discretion and apply independent decision making to consistently meet or exceed business unit quality and productivity standards.

Accountability Description

Create and maintain new customer master data records in administrative systems.Reading and interpreting price and contract requests for product orders and returns.Collaborating with contracts, pricing, finance, sales and customer operations teams to ensure all tasks are complete, accurate and timelyDemonstrate expertise in service and administrative functions, including in-depth knowledge of complex features and processing systemsOperate at a high level to consistently meet or exceed business unit quality and productivity standardsFollow established policies, procedures and make recommendations to gain operational efficienciesResponsible for regularly auditing integrity of customer master dataPossess in-depth knowledge of business systems, workflows and downstream impactsLead efforts to ensure best practices are being followed for account creation/updates/pricingModel behavior that builds relationships with customers and cross-functional teams to develop loyalty and enhance customer experience

Qualifications:

BA/BS preferredRelevant experience in Contracts, Customer Master Data, or Membership preferredMinimum 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a regulated industry, experience with vaccines and/or biologics products is desirableExperience and ability to act in a complex and rapidly changing business environment, preferably 2 years
