Data Conversion Lead

The Data Conversion Leads will assist the Data Conversion Manager with data conversion, coordinate data-cleanup activities, and plan and coordinate the acquisition of conversion data from external stakeholders. Required Qualifications: + A minimum of four (4) years of experience working in software development on a large, complex automated systems development project similar in size. + A minimum of four (4) years of experience with systems analysis and design. + A minimum of four (4) years of experience working directly with stakeholders to elicit and define requirements. + A minimum of one (1) year developing conversion planning and data mapping documentation based on requirements. + A minimum of two(2) year analyzing conversion data and managing data cleanup activities on a project similar in size and scope. + A minimum of two (2) year of experience with systems development and implementation in a SOA environment. Technical Skills: + SSMA + Azure Data Factory + SSIS + SQL Server 2022 + Stored Procedures Recommended Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree. + An understanding of Child Support Program objectives and requirements, federal rules and regulations governing the Child Support Program, and systems requirements. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary range for this role is $96,250- $125,000.
