Salary Range: $53,000 - $55,000 based on experience.

Job Description

In this role you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of obtaining, cleansing and manipulating customer data lists, which primarily consist of account/route information. He or she will coordinate internally with other Container Pros’ departments to ensure that all aspects of each project are compatible with production schedules and other company requirements and will work directly with field teams, as well as 3rd party vendors, to coordinate logistics, assigned responsibilities, monitoring & reporting progress, and ensuring timely completion of projects.

The successful candidate will work directly with customers to ensure that specialty waste service projects fall within the agreed-upon scope of work and are budgeted properly. This is a “hands-on” role and requires someone that is comfortable performing a variety of tasks while collaborating with others.

Responsibilities

Use Data to develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress Use Data pivots to assist in creating project budgets Cleanse Data, standardizing addresses and route data Coordinates timely delivery of datasets and mapping Collaborates on budgets based upon data findings Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for execution of projects Create reports based on work crew results Be able to combine/integrate reports from multiple databases Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all stakeholders Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs Report and escalate to the Director of Assembly and Delivery as needed Manage and mitigate project risks through data analysis Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors Coordinate with customers to clarify the specific requirements of each project Track project performance and analyze successful completions to implement best-practices Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

At least 3 years’ experience with data coordination, data cleansing and/or data workflow Expert with Excel software Expert with pivot tables, v-lookup, concatenating, etc.; Access knowledge a plus Mapping and routing experience preferred Arcview or similar mapping software knowledge and/or routing software a plus Comfortable knowledge and understanding working with project line-item budgets Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
