You’ll be:** • Providing day-to-day administrative support to commercial and government fleet field salespeople • Assisting the Operation's Manager in managing the organization's central meetings and events, including generating meeting materials, planning logistics, and facilitating meetings • Completing monthly performance metric analysis and reporting • Leading the planning, creation, and facilitation of monthly business review meetings • Supporting the operation's internal control program, including completing the annual MCRP, publishing EDMS materials, and creating work instructions/processes • Coordinating the organization's vehicle demo program, including inventory tracking and vehicle order administration • Assisting with the operation's budget process, including Ariba PO and invoice reconciliation • Serving as the central point of contact for communication and distribution of materials • Maintaining organization charts, distribution lists, and other personnel tracking documents **This job might be an outstanding fit if you:** • Have a Bachelor's Degree in a Business field • Have experience in data compilation and analysis, event planning (including food and beverage, lodging, air and ground transportation), and program management • Possess strong skills in system interfaces such as Salesforce, Ariba, CVMS, and CONCEPS • Have proficiency in SharePoint site development, administration, and permissions management • Are familiar with EDMS book administration, document publication, and retention • Have advanced skills in Excel (including Power Query, Pivot Analysis/Charting/Macros), Power Point, Word, PDF Edit, and Outlook **What happens next:** Once you apply, you’ll proceed to the next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
