Data Coordinator II - Support
Description Job Summary: The Data Coordinator II - Support is responsible for extracting, manipulating, and analyzing data across multiple systems to generate statistical reports, identify trends, and support decision-making. The role involves maintaining data integrity, providing technical support, and collaborating with various departments to fulfill reporting needs. Additionally, the Data Coordinator II will handle administrative and logistical tasks related to facility operations, meetings, and testing activities. Key Responsibilities: Data Management & Analysis: + Extract and manipulate data from multiple systems across various departments to create statistical reports. + Analyze department statistics, identify trends, and make recommendations to management. + Evaluate database effectiveness and ensure data accuracy. + Research and investigate data discrepancies in reports and information. + Develop, test, and validate reports to maintain high-quality information for end-users. Technical Support & Training: + Document data management processes and provide technical support to database users. + Conduct training sessions to ensure effective database usage. + Collaborate with teams to develop and support data reporting needs. Administrative & Logistics Support: + Manage purchase order creation and payment processing. + Process move tickets and facilitate work requests. + Coordinate calendars, appointments, and meetings. + Organize facility requirements for meetings and events. + Prepare and distribute materials for meetings and events. + Coordinate and maintain storage areas. + Facilitate logistical aspects of internal and external testing activities. + Carry out shipping and receiving activities related to testing. + Audit projects upon completion to ensure compliance with requirements. Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications: + Power BI – Proficiency in data visualization and analytics. + Microsoft Excel (Intermediate) – Experience with data manipulation, pivot tables, and formulas. + Strong organizational and time management skills. + Ability to communicate and coordinate across multiple workgroups. + Self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset. + Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships. Preferred Tools & Systems Experience: + Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) + Calibration Databases + VISION + Agile PLM + Microsoft Visio Education & Experience: + Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Data Analytics, or related field.
