Data Coordinator (Multi-Contract) 10/4/24Full Time--Bronx #### Job ID: 007342 #### Description: The Fairmont Neighborhood School (1550 Vyse Avenue) $45,000-$50,000 **Position Summary:******Under the supervision of the Community School Director, the Data Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Community School Leadership Team at Fairmont and Samara Campus. The Data Coordinator provides administrative support and manages additional projects and duties as indicated by the Community School Director. The Data Coordinator works closely with the Community School core team to oversee key components of programs, related to participant data and program communications. The Data Coordinator will be the primary person responsible for data entry for the site’s multiple contracts. They will be responsible for managing multiple different contracts’ data demands and data reporting systems, such as, DYCD, USDOE Full Service Community School Grant, LEAPS, CSIS, and New Visions, to ensure that the site remains compliant with grants and funding sources. ** Essential Duties:** * Manage all aspects of data entry as prescribed by the Fairmont and Samara Leadership Teams. * Develop and manage the data collection infrastructure for student and family events at the site to accelerate the processes of data tracking, analysis, and reporting. * Process DYCD, LEAPS, USDOE Full-Service Grant, applications, and intake forms for Children’s Aid DYCD after school and summer programs * Create profiles of students and families into CSIS and regularly update school-wide data into CSIS, in addition to DYCD and LEAPS attendance. * Help support the attendance team with the implementation and entry of data to New Visions Data Portal to track services and support provided to students and families at Fairmont and Samara. * Help implement and manage the new Fairmont and Samara service tracker, which will help identify and capture the different types of student and family services, supports and referrals that are provided by Children’s Aid staff * Supervise the collection and entry of attendance for DYCD Connect (DYCD COMPASS program), and LEAPS for both student and family programs and activities. * Supervise the collection and entry of attendance for CSIS (Children’s Aid) for both student and family programs and activities * Supervise the implementation and entry of yearly DYCD Compass, LEAPS and USDOE for student, staff, and family surveys. * Attending DYCD, Children’s Aid, LEAPS, and school specific data meetings pertaining to data collection and data analysis. * Prepare biweekly reports to present at Fairmont and Samara Children’s Aid Core Team meetings * Prepare quarterly data reports for DYCD, LEAPS, and USDOE Full-Service Grant, advisory and collaborative meetings * Provide New Visions Data Portal Reports to Office of Performance Management and Strategic Impact team to create reports to analyze impact of services and supports provided by Fairmont and Samara campuses. * Perform administrative tasks and other duties as needed, such as but not limited to logistical support and coordination of events, supporting families with completing applications, connecting with visitors in a manner that is aligned with Children’s Aid values, in order to support the work of the Community School team. * Perform all other related functions as necessary or assigned such as administrative work and managing projects for Community School Director and Program Directors for LEAPS, USDOE and DYCD. **Minimum Qualifications:** * High School Diploma Required. ** Key Competencies:** * Bachelor’s Degree Preferred. * Strong Written & Verbal Communication skills. * Computer Literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Internet navigation, and database management. * Excellent interpersonal skills and a willingness to work independently and with colleagues across a spectrum of functional areas. * Candidates with some college and/or currently enrolled in a college or university are strongly encouraged to apply.
