HOW A DATA ENGINEER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Expands our mission capabilities in automating data integration and collection strategiesCoordinates system development to include design, modeling, security, integration, and formal testingContributes to completion of engineering programs and projectsDevelops solutions to a variety of complex engineering problemsOptimizes the data ingestion pipeline architecture, develop strategies for efficient ingestion, processing, storage, structuring, and accessImproves responsiveness and overall performance of the data ingestion pipeline architecturePrepares and maintains documentation for processes and procedures relate to engineering projects

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or other related analytical, scientific, or technical disciplineRequired Experience: 5+ years of related experienceRequired Technical Skills: Strong Python skills, Experience with ETL processing, Experience with data workflow and scheduling technologiesSecurity Clearance Level: TS/SCI with PolygraphRequired Skills and Abilities: Works independently under general supervision, possess current DoD IAT II Level certificationPreferred Skills: AWS and/or Azure experience is desired, Elastic experience, JavaScript experience  Location: On Customer SiteUS Citizenship Required

The likely salary range for this position is $136,000 - $184,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
