Must have strong data modelling capabilities    Should able to demonstrate significant software integration patterns, such as the use or build of APIs, ETLs, message oriented middleware and other integration technologies    Should have strong database and SQL capabilities in PLSQL/MS SQL Servercandidates will have to demonstrate strong database design and SQL skills
