Join us on our journey as a member of Enverus’ data engineering team working with crew members based in the United States and Canada.You would join the Oil & Gas Production Data Engineering Team collecting, transforming, and delivering presentation-ready data to Enverus Prism, our premier energy analytics platform.Enverus has a dynamic hub for developing software in Brno, Czech Republic and you can learn more about our team, company culture, and benefits here.  What You Will Do Engage and participate in all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from research, planning, design, development, and testing, all the way to deploymentIntegrate backend data storage including relational database and AWS/S3 cloud storageProvide solutions to complex business problems beyond simple CRUD operationsDevelop reusable, maintainable, efficient, and cost-effective production-ready codeReview and enforce code quality and standardsWrite unit, integration, and end-to-end testsSupport and monitor infrastructure, application, database, etc.Balance working independently with collaborating in a teamLearn new technologies as needed to serve business growth What You Should Have Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related fieldMinimum 2 years of software development experienceExperience with Python data transformationsExperience with C#Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL)Experience with modern CI/CD workflows and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)Familiarity with Databricks, Snowflake, or equivalentKnowledge of big data technologies and ETL processesGood command of Git or similar source-control toolsFamiliarity with Airflow, Prefect, or any orchestration serviceOur Tech Stack AWS, Terraform, Databricks, Python, Spark, Oracle, Airflow, GitHub, Prefect, C#
