This is a hybrid role based from our Waltham, MA office.In this role you will have the opportunity to:Develop and maintain BlueSnap's Business Intelligence and Safeguarding solutionsExplore ways to enhance data quality, reliability, and performanceAnalyze and organize raw and structured data from different sourcesBuild algorithms and prototypesDevelop analytical tools and programsCollaborate with BI Engineers and Finance team members on several projectsOn-Call ResponsibilitiesQualifications:Degree in Information Systems or any Business Intelligence related discipline4+ years professional experience as a Data Engineer or BI DeveloperTechnical expertise with data models, data mining, and segmentation techniquesExperience with ETL and Data Integration toolsExperience with Groovy and SQLGood analytic skillsAbility to independently troubleshootStrong team player skills and the ability to work harmoniously with diverse employeesGood oral and written communication skills, including ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple wayExperience in Oracle’s BI and EPM product suites is an advantageDatabase maintenance skills is an advantageAs a regular full-time BlueSnap team member you will receive a competitive salary along with an excellent benefits package which will include BlueCross BlueShield medical and dental insurance, FSA, HRA, vision, life, disability and more!
